The consultation call is a brief program-fit conversation. We’ll discuss your goals, what you’re hoping for, your current challenges, and whether Metabolic Rebuild™ is a good fit.
This call is not a medical appointment and does not include diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.
-
Yes. After booking your consultation call, you’ll be asked to complete a brief pre-call consultation form.
This helps make the call more focused and helps determine whether the program is an appropriate fit.
-
The next Metabolic Rebuild™ cohort begins Monday, September 14, 2026.
-
The first step is to book a consultation call. If the program is a good fit, you’ll receive the next steps for enrollment after the call.
-
No. Booking a consultation call does not guarantee enrollment. The call is used to determine whether the program is a good fit for your goals, readiness, and support needs.
-
That’s completely fine. You do not need to choose your option before booking a consultation call. We can talk through your goals, schedule, and support needs together.
-
Nutrition support is included in every Metabolic Rebuild™ option, but the level of personalization depends on the option you choose.
Core and Supported participants receive nutrition foundations, weekly focus areas, and weekly review to support balanced, realistic, and sustainable habits.
Participants in the 1:1 option receive a more individualized meal plan along with access to a meal tracking app for additional structure and accountability.
All nutrition guidance is provided for education, wellness, and lifestyle support only. It is not medical nutrition therapy and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or manage medical conditions.
-
Labs may be included depending on the program option selected. Within Metabolic Rebuild™, labs are used to help establish a baseline and guide lifestyle-focused recommendations only.
Core participants may receive a baseline lab review with lifestyle and/or possible supplement recommendations.
Supported participants may complete labs at the beginning of the program and again around week 12 to help review patterns and progress.
1:1 participants may complete labs at the beginning of the program, possibly around week 6 if appropriate, and again around week 12.
Metabolic Rebuild™ does not include medication management or medication recommendations. Any questions about diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, medication changes, or medical conditions should be discussed with your healthcare provider.
Lab participation may vary depending on the program option selected and individual circumstances. Labs are used for baseline awareness, education, and lifestyle-focused recommendations only.
