This package offers a complete solution for your weight management needs and includes access to our medical staff for ongoing support and guidance.

Package includes:

  • Monthly vial of Semaglutide or Tirzepatide

  • Monthly 45 – 60 minute telehealth follow-ups

  • GLP-1 management

  • Additional medication management if appropriate

  • Lab monitoring (every 12 weeks, prices not included, may be billed to insurance)

  • Nutrition/Lifestyle monitoring

  • Ongoing HIPAA compliant portal support via Charm Health HER

  • Communication with PCP if desired

  • Monthly Vial of Semaglutide or Tirzepatide:

    • Semaglutide: Monthly cost between $77 - $127 (average cost: $102).

    • Tirzepatide: Monthly cost between $125 - $261 (average cost: $193).

    Service Fee: A flat rate of $200/month is added to ensure comprehensive care and support throughout your treatment journey.
